Cat loves working and living in the DC Metro Region, because it is always exciting, and there are always lots of different things going on.  Since the age of 4, Catherine grew up with her 4 sisters and 1 brother in the Northern Virginia area and describes herself as “someone who likes to try out almost anything!”  You can believe that by looking at her list of “Fun Stuff I’ve done” including dancing in 4th of July Parades in Arlington as a kid, to flying airplanes in Woodbridge, a Cherry Blossom Princess in the DC Annual Cherry Blossom Festival, Working at the White House, and getting her Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do.  Add to that her own Vacation Rental Business and her business as an Accredited Staging Professional, Realtor (ASP), and you would have a well rounded individual. That’s not her greatest achievement though, “My Daughters are it!  They are the ultimate Blessing, one that God was nice enough to give to me!”

Cat has been a full time Realtor for 14 years.  Her business philosophy is “Stand in their Shoes, imagine how they feel, how you would feel, and do what ever you can to make it as close to perfect as possible.” Cat tells clients to call, text, or email anytime, even in the middle of the night if needed.  “People become afraid of the unknown, the next steps, and wonder if they made the right decision. They sometimes can’t sleep, so I tell them to always call me.  You can’t expect to help someone make these decisions and then tell them to call during business hours.  Is that how you would want to be treated?”

Today’s technology has resulted in immediate communication capabilities, with clients and prospective buyers of listings.  “If you call, you are hoping that someone will pick up immediately.  The same is now true with our Social Media technology and tools; a text message or Facebook post is looking for a quick response, and that doesn’t mean sometime today, that means right now!” Cat’s support team and RE/MAX  work closely together to ensure they use the latest tools that will help in the greatest success for her clients.  “We are up to speed on what’s needed, and it has been a good combination of the Best Real Estate Company, the best technology available, continuous training on the changing market, and experienced staff to help me deliver my goal of  exceptional service”
